Pricing

Two ways to pay: a retainer, or a fee that moves with results.

There are no prices on this page because the scope is different for every business: which pillars need work, which channels earn a place, and how much of it runs each month. You get a written quote after the strategy call.

Model 1

Retainer

A fixed monthly fee, set by scope.

The fee follows from the plan: the pillars in scope and the channels switched on. If the plan changes, the scope and the fee are reset together, in writing.

Covers

  • The strategy
  • The execution
  • A monthly report
  • A Shape Check™ every quarter

Suits: businesses building foundations, where tracking is not yet good enough to pay on results.

Model 2

Performance-based

Part of the fee moves with the result.

Three models, agreed with you before the work starts:

Per qualified lead
A fee for each lead that meets a definition agreed in writing before launch, counted in the CRM.
Revenue share
A percentage of revenue attributed to Makeform's campaigns, counted from closed deals in the CRM.
Base plus bonus
A reduced monthly base, with a bonus when agreed targets are met.

Offered when the result can be counted in a way both sides trust, traced from first click to closed deal. If the tracking is not there yet, it is set up first.

Performance pricing shares the risk. It does not guarantee a result.

Ad spend

Two ways to pay for media.

Direct

You pay the ad platforms on your own card or account. Makeform manages the campaigns; the spend never passes through us.

Through Makeform

Makeform pays the platforms, so you do not need a card on each account. You pay next month's media in advance, plus a percentage management fee on the spend.

Commitment

No lock-in contract.

There is no minimum term and no notice period. The work has to earn the next month.

The same work, measured the same way.

One senior person

From the first call to the monthly report.

A Shape Check™ every quarter

All four pillars scored again against the baseline.

One report

Every active channel, leading with what changed.

A written quote follows the strategy call.

30 minutes. You describe what is happening, we tell you what we would look at first and what it would cost.
